Our goal is to teach students how to defend themselves against chokes, bear hugs, grabs, and other attacks often used by a larger and stronger aggressors.
This class uses methods to build a fighting spirit and to train you how to respond physically and mentally in a time of need.
This helps to eliminate the danger’s of shutting down in a confrontation.
