A few years ago, when we really started to see the dangers of today's society, we enrolled our son and daughter at West LA Jujutsu Training Academy. Immediately, we knew that we had made the best decision for them.

The instructors have such patience and determination to help their students achieve their goals in martial arts. Each student rises on their own merit and gained skills.

Our world today simply does not offer many youth activities that involve kids learning discipline, strength, self defense and so many other great benefits in a christian based group.

We highly recommend children and adults to try out this school. They will not be disappointed.

Sensei and Shihan are great about working with you. Both of my children go here and my husband who is an active duty soldier. They have helped my kids in so many ways. This school has stood the test of time in an area that has seen 10 or more martial arts schools come and go. The reason is because the head master loves what he does and wants to share that love with anyone who steps into his school.
Come as you are. I have seen people from all walks of life come into this school and find a family. The instructors here are extremely knowledgeable and always learning how to teach better.
The family friendly atmosphere makes it a great thing for families to do together. The kid’s classes are a great place for young ones to learn respect, patience, and self discipline. Not only that but have a great time doing it because the staff is great at mixing games into the training to keep the children engaged.
In the adult class you will find high quality instructors who help everyone learn at their own level. With the variety of disciplines you will learn you will feel secure and confident on the street while having a fun air to the training that helps the time fly while you train.

It is a very good place! Great classes for children, safe environment and very professional instructors.
I felt very comfortable talking with instructor Anita, when my son had difficulty attending classes during the last few weeks. She gave me some good recommendations on how to motivate him, and now he already feels very happy and excited to participate in the class.
We have attended the program for two months and we hope to continue attending many more classes.
